Chopped Belgian Endive Salad with a Citrus Vinaigrette

Stout and Ginger Braised Short Ribs
Topped with a Grilled  Rosemary Skewered  Shrimp,
with Red Bliss Potatoes and Roasted Vegeta bles

Vanilla Panna Cotta with Fresh Strawberry, Rhubarb, Mint Compote
